For individuals managing mental health conditions, we provide a secure, transparent environment centred on recovery and well-being.
A key component of our service is medication management, ensuring health regimes are followed accurately. Alongside personal care and domestic support (cleaning and laundry), we provide the "scaffolding" of appointments and correspondence support.
We promote mental wellness through active community access, encouraging service users to join in cooking sessions, football, or cinema trips to combat isolation and build a sense of belonging.
